This D3 Stainless 12 Fry Pan is ideal for searing browning and pan frying just about everything. The wide flat surface heats quickly and evenly perfect for browning 3-4 chicken breasts at once. The low sloped sides allow for easy turning particularly important when searing delicate foods like fish. The 3-ply construction bonds two layers of stainless steel with an aluminum core bonded all the way to the rim of the pan for consistent results across the entire cooking surface.
