The hard cover includes two brackets to hang the cover off the back of your griddle when not in use for storage and act as a wind break while cooking in inclement weather. Two handles make it easy to take off and put on. The hard cover is compatible with front or rear grease griddle tops. For extra protection use underneath the 28 Griddle Soft Cover to stop water from pooling on your griddle top.
