The Tranquility Weighted Blanket applies deep calming pressure to help you fall asleep and wake rested. This weighted blanket utilizes Deep Touch Pressure Therapy (DTP) through the application of gentle, even pressure across your body. The results mimic the feeling of being held or hugged. The blanket features innovative temperature balancing technology to keep you cool when it’s warm, and warm when it’s cool. The removable cover is machine washable to easily clean up any messes or spills. There are 16 loops and ties to ensure the blanket stays in place inside the cover and provide even weight distribution. For the best results, you should select a weight that is 8% to 12% of your total body weight.
